REVENUE RECOVERY & OPTIMIZATION

You earned it.
Let’s get
it paid.

Unpaid invoices shouldn’t keep your business standing still. I find what’s blocking payment, work to resolve it, and help you build a better system for getting paid.

Let’s talk about what you’re owed

Commission-based. No recovery, no fee.

THE PATH TO PAYMENT
01
IDENTIFY

What’s outstanding?

Confirm balances and trace the details.

02
RESOLVE

What’s in the way?

Address errors, missing information, and follow-up.

03
IMPROVE

A better way forward.

Turn findings into practical process improvements.

FROM OVERLOOKED TO ADDRESSED
MONEY OWED SHOULD BE MONEY RECEIVED.

Put your receivables back to work.

01 / THE APPROACH

Find the problem.
Follow it through.

Hands-on help with a defined set of receivables, from the first review to a clear account of what changed.

01

Review & investigate

Review unpaid invoices, account history, and supporting records to confirm what’s owed and understand why it hasn’t been paid.

Start with the right information.

02

Resolve & recover

Correct billing issues, gather missing documentation, and follow up with the right contacts to move eligible balances toward payment.

Give outstanding balances attention.

03

Improve & hand off

Document money recovered, unresolved items, and next steps. Recommend practical changes your team can use after the project ends.

Leave with a clearer process.

02 / EXPERIENCE THAT COUNTS

$120,000+

Recovered in prior medical billing work

LATE JULY — OCTOBER 2026

Persistent about the details.
Focused on the outcome.

I’m Karsyn Hebert, the person behind Hebson Solutions. My background is in medical billing and accounts receivable, where resolving overlooked billing issues helped recover more than $120,000 in previously unpaid bills.

That experience shapes my approach: investigate carefully, understand the obstacle, and keep a clear record of the work. Each new industry starts with learning your business and assessing whether the project is a good fit.

03 / A CLEAR SCOPE

Help with the backlog.
A plan for what’s next.

If your team has unpaid invoices but limited time to investigate them, a focused project can help move the work forward.

Talk through your situation
01

Overdue balances that need investigation

02

Billing errors or missing paperwork holding up payment

03

Follow-up that keeps slipping through the cracks

04

A payment process that needs clearer next steps

04 / HOW PRICING WORKS

No recovery.
No fee.

My fee is a percentage of the money I recover for your business. You pay only after the payment reaches you.

Discuss your project
01

Agree on the percentage.

We confirm the commission rate, eligible invoices, and project scope in writing before work begins.

02

See what’s recovered.

Payments recovered through the project are documented so you can see the results and how the fee is calculated.

03

Receive payment. Then pay the fee.

The commission is payable after you receive the recovered funds. If nothing is recovered, no recovery fee is due.

A FEW THINGS YOU MAY BE WONDERING

Clear from the start.

How does a project begin?

We start with a conversation about your business, the unpaid balances, and how you currently track payments. If there’s a fit, we agree on what to review, what access is needed, the commission percentage, and the scope before work begins.

What does it cost?

The recovery fee is an agreed percentage of the payments recovered through the project. We set the rate and define which payments qualify in writing before starting. You pay after you receive the recovered funds; no recovery means no recovery fee.

Is this ongoing bookkeeping?

The focus is project-based receivables recovery and process improvement. The work ends with documented findings, progress, and a handoff your existing team can use.

Can we work remotely?

Remote work can be arranged when the records, systems, and agreed access support it. We’ll discuss the practical details before starting.

What should I have ready for our first conversation?

A general idea of what’s overdue and how you track it is enough to start. There’s no need to email customer records or sensitive financial information for an initial conversation.
